IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
As part of the first phase of the consolidation process, Terrace Water Co. has begun coordinating with the City of Colton to transition water service operations.
Beginning February 25, 2026, Terrace Water Co. will be securely providing limited customer account information (such as customer names and service addresses) to the City of Colton to support this transition.
This information will only be used for the purpose of ensuring a smooth transfer of service and maintaining accurate customer records.
